Frederick Courts is located at 5104 Columbia Pike, in the Columbia Forest neighborhood. The community is comprised of 167 units in garden style buildings built in 1947 as an apartment complex and converted to condominiums in 1974.

Bailey's Branch Park consists of 1.6 acres of parkland located across 10th Street with a swing set and playground that is almost always occupied by laughing kids of all ages from the neighborhood.
